CONTROLLERS

We have been manufacturing a range of controllers since 1987,the design parameters being  the same today,as eighteen years ago.

These being reliability,performance (particularly slow running),power and affordable.We feel that all these parameters are achieved in our current range.

Since many exhibition layouts use our controllers,reliability is an important issue.Slow running is considered a major priority.with plenty of power in reserve, easily able to manage long and heavy good trains.Affordable and economical,without undermining quality.With a Modelex controller you get quality,reliability,power and at an affordable price!

At present we manufacture three controllers firstly the MDXC1 a 1.5Amp Panel Mount  at  19.95  also available made to order the  MDXC2  a 3.5Amp Panel Mount   at  21.95   ,and finally our most popular controller the MDXHH a  1.5Amp Hand Held version at 23.95. All three versions have the same features,superb slow running,power,high reliability.Electronic overload protection..Led overload indication...Led Output indication.

 AUTOMATIC MODULES

Why not bring you layout to life with our modules,all of which are fully assembled and are supplied with full instructions.The modules range from a simple single lamp flasher unit to the Automatic "Chuffer" sound unit.The units are listed below,and are demonstrated on our exhibition stand.

7.MDX7 10 Led chaser.Adjustable speed. With the exception of MDX4 all modules require a smoothed 12volt DC supply to operate.
